EBITDAddies played a strong overall game to come away with a 42-38 win in the Corporate League Finals. Paul LastName led the way with 15 points, 4 steals, and 3 rebounds on three for seven from downtown, while FirstName LastName (wearing a Celtics t-shirt)(no relation to Paul LastName) added 11 points, 2 steals, 1 block, and 1 rebound. Udoka Obiora dominated the paint as usual, finishing with 5 points, 11 rebounds, 1 steal, and a smothering 6 blocks. Captain Michael Katinas also played a strong game with his usual steady point guard play, finishing with 3 points, 3 rebounds, 2 steals, and an impressive 5 assists.
For Discount Pass Flows (DPF) Gardner Gendron and Liam Greene fought hard to keep the game close. Gendron finished with a near double double at 10 points and 9 rebounds, but he also added 1 assist, 1 steal, and 4 blocks. His defense and hustle slowed down Obiora and kept his team in the game till the very end. Liam Greene finished with 17 points, 1 steal, 2 blocks, and 3 rebounds, proving once again why he’s one of the best scorers in the league. Patrick Calabrese added 7 rebounds, 2 assists, and 1 steal, with Leo Kontoes contributing 5 points, 2 assists, and 1 steal.
